BBP: Assessing staff overhaul

Bengals beat writers Paul Dehner Jr. and Jim Owczarski take the BBP on the road. Jim joins on the phone from the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala., to run through all being uncovered among the sea of coaches, scouts and prospects at one of the largest scouting events of the draft season.

This is not a draft podcast, however, still plenty of time later to dive into that topic. Instead, we focus on the largest overhaul to a coaching staff in the tenure of Marvin Lewis. We examine why so much change and the possible pitfalls of the movement.

Hear from defensive coordinator Paul Guenther about the construction of his new group and new offensive coordinator Ken Zampese about his move up into the role vacated by Hue Jackson.
